Introducing Biscuit

Biscuit is a Miniature Schnauzer and frequent visitor to the practice, joining Dr. Gottheil during his in-person session days. Biscuit is a friendly 1 year old pup, who is learning about his role as a future session therapy dog.

Meet Sandra Romaniuk, MSW, RSW

Sandra Romaniuk, MSW, RSW is a Master’s level Clinical Social Worker. Sandra provides individual therapy, in both English and French, for youth (16 and up) and adults. Sandra uses a client-centered approach, informed by humanistic psychology. She also uses solution-focussed and narrative techniques as well as cognitive-behavioural strategies as needed along the way. Sandra has special interest in trauma work, learn ways to manage life stressors, relationship problems, and loss and grief, and existential issues.

Whether you prefer the convenience of virtual sessions or want the benefits that come from being in the same room as your provider; Turning Corners will adapt to your needs. All of our providers offer virtual sessions and most are available for for in-person sessions.

Based on provider, there are weekday, evening and even weekend hours.
